What did Google tell you when you put the name into a search?

Hey OP, looks like its a Monza, obviously West German, solid mid low-midrange frame from the 80’s most likely Reynolds 531. More photos would be helpful. I’ve only seen a few, might be rare, or just not too common where I live.

Germany used to have a huge bicycle and moped industry that got almost completely nullified by cheaper imports between the mid 70s and early 90s.
This industry also included plenty of contract manufacturers who made frames, sometimes even assembled them into complete bikes under different “brands” for different companies like department stores, mail order companies, etc.
Your bike looks exactly like one of these bicycles. The frame has all the features of a standard issue cheap german bike frame of the time (probably also heavy af). The components are the cheapest road groupset shimano made circa 1990.
