Is there a name for this frame style. Mostly where the rear suspension connects to the inside of the down tube. I like the look so I hope it can help narrow my bike search.
There’s names for different suspension pivot styles (the polygon is a linkage driven single pivot and the capra a 4-bar linkage or horst link) but there isn’t a specific name for a horizontally mounted shock as far as I’m aware. Personally I don’t like bikes with the shock mounted that way because it limits how large of a water bottle you can fit on the bike, if at all
