Is it possible for me to remove and replace these screws without having to bleed my brakes afterwards? SRAM Code RSC

Will my plan work?

1. Remove the lever
2. Zip tie the reservoir very tightly, unscrew the top two screws one by one and replace them with gold titanium ones, this is the part I’m iffy about, are there gaskets here that will hold the DOT fluid?
3. Make sure the bottom plug screw is the highest point, remove screw, add a drop of DOT fluid for any fluid that might come out, install new screw

Any issues I may foresee?
