Hello all, I have an old deore xt rear derailleur. I took it off my bike and the b screw plate slipped past the stop. This happened a while ago and I took it to my LBS and they fixed it, but it’s something I should be able to do… it seems like the clip isn’t sitting low enough, so there isn’t the downward pressure and the plate slips past the stop. I have locking pliers, etc. and haven’t had this issue when taking apart another rd. any help would be appreciated
