What a sh1tty little man captain sociable was at the end…Might be worth checking the lock situation. A lot of old canals are being re-furbished/re-opened. I think the canal and river trust may be the official owners of the lock and buried canal. Not these chumps.

That little park should be public. The canal was public, the bridge was public, it's part of our heritage. What point is there to it to be kept secured away and preventing anyone from enjoying it?
