I have been looking for a bike to buy clean up/ paint and then sell. Would this be good and are the parts on it any good. I’m mainly interested in what frame it is cheers.

Not sure but that Sprocket looks little, you will wear yourself out pedaling it before you even reach a mile.
Nothing of quality aside from maybe the bars. It looks like a Stolen Brand complete that’s been ridden hard and not well maintained.
