Only a big mtn cassette.
You can but you can’t fit the smaller range 11sp **road** cassettes.
You could however fit the 11sp CS-HG800 (11-34t) cassette from Shimano. You must make sure that your rear derailleur is capable of handling that range though.
Be aware that if you did fit a mountain 11s cassette (like a compatible Shimano mountain one or you rejig the freehub for 11s) you still would need to change shifter and derailleur to 11s ones.
Sora “HG-what”? Unless you have two spacers on the back of your cassette then maybe but most probably not at compatible. You’ll need a new freewheel that has a compatible paw number and inner/outer diameter as what the hub will take. But my advice as a service manager for a bicycle shop is that you might want to consider a new rear wheel with an 11s freehub ready to go. Just make sure your frame can take the wider rear hub size.
