    Left brake bent inwards. Slacken up from brake cable and pull brake lever down. There’ll be a slotted bolt inside. Loosen that up with a flathead, then you can tilt it straight and tighten down. Sometimes it’s easier to just replace the rear cable in the process rather than working around it. Also don’t rely on those turkey levers, they don’t have enough mechanical advantage and they’re prone to snapping, earning the moniker “suicide lever.” You can remove them as well.
