Canyon Dude! Ordered Cyber Monday. Got it Monday and finally got all the parts to build it up. Found out you CANNOT fit cake eater 4.5 in the rear so that’s fun….even in rearward axle position. Ended up with a blackfriday special with pnw loam 170, loam thumb lever, and pnw pedals. Bike seems solid and deore is good so far. Ordered some dilinger 4 studded tires in place of these CE.

The cake eaters 27.5×4.5 studded 60tpi measure about 4.45 inches wide on this mulefat v2 80mm. Weight was 1720ish grams, 10.5 inches bead to bead.

Maxxis FBR 27.5×3.8 measured exactly 3.8 1330 grams, 8.45inch bead to bead, fits with huge space in forward axle position.
