I just received Roadlite 5 from Canyon and I have some trouble installing the front wheel. A quick-release skewer comes with the bike but I can’t put it through the center of the wheel as one side seems blocked, as shown in the picture. What am I missing here? Do I need other tools or parts?
The manual they sent me is for other Canyon road bikes and they only have an online assembly video for Roadlite 9, so I basically need to figure things out by myself.

The plastic protector that ships with the wheel probably broke off inside the axle. Insert the skewer on the other side and push it out.
