Anyone know how to fix this problem? My seat has been moving side to side like a swivel chair and I’m not sure why. I’ve taken the dropper out and inspected it but still can’t figure out the issue. I even took it to the Bike Co-op at my school and no one had any experience with this problem. I’m riding a YT Jeffsy 2019 with a e13 TRS plus seatpost. Any advice is appreciated 🙏

The plastic guide rail has failed. Unless you can get a repair kit or spare part on its own and install it yourself, you’ll be better off just getting a OneUp or BikeYoke (or other good ones, those two i’ve had good experience with) and toss the e13, they are not very good posts.
A [rebuild kit with new bushings](https://www.ethirteen.com/products/trs-seatpost-refresh-kit-fits-30-9-seatposts) should take care of the issue. Usually caused by a worn out key way.
