I ate shit on my road bike last night and my rear derailleur got knocked out of place. I can’t seem to get it back on properly. I’m pretty new to doing repairs so any advice would be appreciated.

I mean it looks pretty badly bend. Time for a new one.
Either bend it back and hope you hit the alignment or go to your nearest bike shop.
