I busted my hub internally when the bearing inside fell apart. I’ve purchased an identical replacement hub, is it an absolute must to replace the spokes?

If the spokes are good, not showing any corrosion and aren’t extremely old, then you should be able to use the old spokes if it’s the exact same.
