That’s a non-serviceable part of the dyno mechanism. Shimano is not going to sell any parts for it and they aren’t going to provide a schematic. It was likely assembled on factory specific jigs with factory specific tooling.

Hi, put the nut part in a vice, and turn the wheel anti clockwise !
