After receiving my Aeroad SLX, I realized that it’s missing the little canyon imprints on the seatpost and cockpit (side + top) as shown in the picture. Does anyone know if these are actual imprints or just stickers? Thank you

Mine came with a spare sticker. Have a look at the box of random bits supplied with the bike.
New version (fixed seatpost version) is missing those. That might be it.
