  1. The answer to all questions to random c0cks that approach in the street is "none of your business, go away". Why even engage with them?

  2. It was a shame the sales director did use this opportunity to positively promote the company. It beggars belief that someone in his position was so blind to that possibility.
And to cap it off, a threat of calling police to possible tresspass ( which is a civil matter).
Oops, not what the PR department wanted.

  3. The big balloon of a director let his ego get the better of him , had to call you back for a feeble attempt at a ticking off . Companies hire security to protect their employees from liability . yet his ego was too great that he instigated a situation off site . Nice one Ryan. once again personal details left in plain site for any cyber criminal to covertly capture .

  4. I was in america a month ago and discovered it's a totally different law on civil tresspass. It is instantly criminal and the police do not need an owners permission to arrest you and charge you. Crapped my pants at the thought i could be shot just walking into an abandoned place.

  5. Their is no such offence in this country as trespass (this is not America) only agrivated trespass. Section 33 of the 1972 criminal justice act gives you the implied right of access. When you are on private property and asked to leave by the landowner or someone acting on behalf of the landowner and you don't then reasonable force can be used against you. If you resist that reasonable force againt you then that is the offence – agrivated trespass. The fact you are filming is public as people can see you are filming but the reasons motives etc as to why you are filming can remain private under article 8 of the human rights act. You don't have to explain why you are doing a legal activity, even to the police. Also article one protocol one of the human rights act allows us to enjoy are possessions. Like your camera equipment. Article 10 allows us to gather and impart information. ANYONE who tries to stop you is infringing on your rights.
