Cassette is super stuck. Not sure if brute force is helpful anymore. Any ideas? The hub is making weird noises but the wheel is still usuable.

Where is your lockring tool?
How did you bend the chain whip in that direction?…
Chainwhip is one of the easiest tools to diy. Just a piece of wood, piece of chain (can be taken from your bent one) and two screws.
Also make sure you are wrapping chain around bigger cogs, not the smaller ones, much less torque needed
