  1. Congratulations on the weight loss. I bought the Rhine book earlier this year and want to do some of it on my Brompton. I'm nervous about going alone though.

  2. Well done on the weight loss, Andrew, I can confirm it is not easy. Have a look into doing some exercises with a kettlebell. There are plenty of light exercise routines on YouTube you can do. My doctor put me on too them early this year when I turned 60. And even though I have arthritis I do find I can do a 15 mins routine everyday and I feel the benefit of it.

  3. Congratulations on the weight loss. You look much fitter than 6 month before. My weight is actually 87kg and I am coming from 95kg this summer. As a German, I must say, that I have never tried the Rhine. Best wishes from Lilienthal (Lower Saxony, Germany)👍

  4. re cycle friendly towns, Donald from Lost in Livi does some wonderful videos of Livingstone; another "new" town but very cycle friendly using the old paths with underpasses and all. Donald rides an electric Tern HSD S8i cargo bike with 8 speed internal hub and belt drive, in case anyone is interested.
