PuffyHamster on December 2, 2023 7:36 pm I posted this bike here a few weeks ago, and I was almost convinced that it was a Mercier. But, I went down the rabbit hole, and it seems that the frame is made by a local artisan in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, France, called Cycles CAYRE. Cycles CAYRE would make the frames for the Régina Sport brand, owned by Ets Betbeder, and many of these were rebadged as Lejeune, Bober, and Lapébie. Notably, the parent brand of Régina Sport is Royal Asport.
