Just fed in new shift cable and shifter wont shift back down…

Hey guys, im having such a dame hard time finishing my bike with so many things going on!

I just fed in new cable after installing new housing.

I was clicking through the shifter no problem, refed the line to put some.oil on the cable this time, and as ive gone back to shifting the levers, its now stuck and wont click back down after clicking all way up to 3rd see vid 🙁
