How is this cassette wear?

There’s the beginning of a wear burr on the 11t but not enough to skip,the rest of the teeth look ok. Your issue is probably elsewhere. If it skips under load then look at the freehub, if it feels like it skips between gears then rear mech setup/bent hanger
