Hi I just got a canyon ultimate cf 8 just like this one

In my first few rides I’ve gotten at least 3 tiny snakebite punctures that look like pinch flats. 2 rear, 1 in the front (???). I’ve been racing bikes for almost 20 years and never had flats like this.
Running the stock setup, but now with new tubes:
\- DT Swiss Spline 1800 TLR wheelset
\- michelin airstop tubes
\- gp5000 natural sidewall non-tlr tires
\-\~80psi at time of incidents (Im 145lbs)

Has anybody experienced anything similar?
\- Could it be something about running the tubeless rims with tubes? I checked the inside and and there are not sharp edges in rims or strips?
\- Punctures were just riding along on smooth pavement…no big impacts or potholes
\- I’ve been running higher pressure without incident, but would like to have some confidence using lower pressures on rougher roads
\- It is just the damndest thing Ive ever run into….so frustrating!!

Other than coincidence there doesn’t seem to any obvious explanation. Your psi if anything, is a little high for your weight…but how accurate is your gauge? Pinch flats usually are attributed to underinflation. I switched to TPS tubes to save a little weight and they’re supposed to be a little more puncture proof, but maybe you got a bad batch of butal tubes; as unlikely as that seems. Your wheels shouldnt be the cause, although you could run your fingers around them to feel if there’s any rough edges, but again that’s more a characteristic of a cheap AliExpress wheel. Lastly, while I’m sure you’ve already done this, closely inspect the tread and sidewalls for nails, pins, etc. Riding near construction sites is another factor and I’ve even heard of residents that had their street park taken from them for bike paths to resort to placing nail strips and broken glass along the bikeways.
