The National Cycle Network on Stoney Road, Nuneaton gets rather waterlogged in the wetter months, especially through the dingey railway underpass, making for an unattractive and inaccessible route at this time of year. This is Network Rail land. There are no immediate plans for improvements here.

My son goes to Cubs on Friday evenings near there. Rather than dropping off, going home for an hour and a half to sit on my backside and coming back to collect him I go for a five mile walk to get my steps in!
I tried (and failed) to walk though there the past three Fridays.It's impossible to walk through without getting your feet wet.
Needs a couple of tons of pee shingle to sort it out I reckon.
