FD shifting from small to big ring occasionally chain drops towards frame which is weird.
Investigated further and looks like the chain is not firmly seated when shifting to big ring (photo 1), and sometimes, it slips down all the way to the frame (photo 2/3).
Any help and ideas would be appreciated!

I think that chain is toast…how many miles on it?
Check H-limit, cable tension, derailleur alignment, chain wear, and tooth wear.
