  1. Pump it all the way up, see it if seats. Be careful though, a sims work tire is the only tire i’ve ever had blow off a rim in my face, sealant everywhere. Bike shops have a tool to help seat tires tho if you’re really having trouble. Also, you can try some soapy water between the rim and tire.

  2. Try again with the soapy water and air pressure. Inflate to the sidewall max rating, and then try bouncing the tire on the ground a little. Sometimes they seat after a minute or two. You can exceed the sidewall psi max by a little, but not too much. The faster you get the air in, the better, so use a compressor if you aren’t already.

  3. You can also try with just enough psi to hold it’s shape, then pull up on the tire where it sits too low.
