Hello everyone, I broke the screw securing the luggage rack, it’s my fault, the screw was really low quality. Do you have a technique for removing the screw from here? Thank you
Drill a small hole into it. It’s possible the drill bit will catch and drive the screw out the backside of the braze-on. If that doesn’t happen you can use an easy out/screw extractor to remove what’s left of the bolt.

I’m guessing it might be quite tight. Give it the penetrating oil first treatment. Then go with the easy out. (Acetone and automatic trans fluid 1:1 makes a hell of a penetrating fluid)
