Excellent Explanation good service traveling I always
Very nicely done!
Are you going to put up GPX files that we can download to our satnav, that would be really great and useful.
Nice ride – I've not done that chunk of Spain before by bike, I'm normally nearer Malaga (which has some epic riding – on and off road which I'm sure you've done)…..I appreciate the amount of effort involved in making these, looking forward to more in this series!
How about easy wheely popping guide !
I would love to be able to lift the front wheel on my bike ( CB1300 ) at speed you make it look easy and competent.
Thanks Dave…
and the best bit? no poxy music that interrupts louder than presenters level or the sound of the bike. Good idea, more please
one of my favorite areas for motorcycle holidays 🙂 been there 6 times already and they are truly some of the best roads i ever rode on, especially the lack of traffic is noteworthy. i’m usually there in dezember or january and just start riding late.. days are long enough for a nice 220-250km ride without stress leaving at 11am when it’s mostly dry
Nice Roa review ..
my dad lives near there , I've drove from the uk in a car not on my bike but food for thought .
Nice one!
Looking forward to your other routes.
We did 7,000 miles around Spain last summer. Fantastic country for it.
GPX files?
I remember back in the mid-00's somewhere in Spain, I was crusing on my 950 Adventure. A young man roared past me on a sportsbike. I pulled over for a coffee and twenty minutes later, came upon the wrecked sportsbike, the rider killed, being loaded into the ambulance. I had to find another place for a coffee, so I could reflect on things.
Spain is my favourite country for motorcycling.
That was really tiring watching at 6 in morning, so exhausting thought might have to go back to bed, but totally brilliant!
If I had done that with my DCT don't think it would have been so strenuous or so noisy and the tank would have been half full at end!!!
I’ve done all these routes, just got flashback 😉👍
You are staying near Calp maybe?
Great idea for a series and a fantastic one to start, not least as I'm headed there in June. Looks like I'll now be basing myself in the region for a few days rather than passing thgrough it trying to ride as many of the roads as possible on my way north.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. Really great work.
👏👏👏🍻Awesome Scenery and some lovely tunes emanating from the MT.
Thanks.
Great stuff! Love your content. I had my GS in the area for a few years. My absolute favourite roads are the CV775/773 from Relleu to Busot, and the CV-780 from Jijona to Torremanzanas. A few vids can be found on my channel, https://youtu.be/yJ1rOk0vjb0
Great ride, thanks for taking us with you
Can you show us what you use to put the bike on the camper please?
Some nice looking roads and I'll be keeping a close eye on these vids for some twisties to hit when I'm in the areas sometime . . . . . . . . . But what's the obsession with the Gimble mounts? Make for really crap front facing video from a bike, keeping everything perfectly horizontal, might as well have been filmed by car. Just don't get any bike like sensations watching Gimble filmed stuff
Putting that MT09 to good use 🙂 Ah, that vehicle museum from the other report a couple weeks back.
Been holidaying in that area of Spain for near on 20 years now ever since the folks bought a wee place there. I've been up and down the mountain roads to Guadalest in hire cars many a time and always say that it must be done on a motorbike sometime! The motor museum is great too!! Enjoyable video and looking forward to the next one, Thanks
That's the nicest roadside memorial I have ever seen.
You should visit Croatia and ride the Road from Senj to Starigrad
Really enjoying the visuals and your sensible commentary Mat 🇬🇧
Brilliant! Really appreciate the top effort all round. The GPX files are very handy. Keep these coming. 👏
Your bike sounds great 👍
I live near this route. You have managed to capture all the best roads in this area in one video. Well done ! I have it all to myself any weekday lol 😅
Really great content and roads. However, one of the things I found frustrating was the tendency in your editing to charge views right in the middle of a tight turn.
It's like being brought up to the climax of a serious negotiation and then being diverted somewhere else. This isn't just a once or twice occurrence. You did this consistently thought the production.😢
I feel, in your professional production endeavors, that you would want to get this kind of feedback at some point in order to help improve the viewer experience.
Other than that quibble, what a great production.
Gord
Hi, nice one Matt !!! I've been living 10 mins from Guadalest for about 30 years, good to see you enjoying the back yard that we have here 😂😂 …. great video, well put together and very enjoyable comentary 👏👏 will follow the series ….. 😁
