Hi guys I found a crack in the derailleur end cap how do I fix it also the black around the wire is starting to fall off

You can’t really fix this properly without replacing both the inner and outer cables.
It shouldn’t realy matter, but that end cap is part of the shifter outer cable, not the shifter. So just buy a shift cable kit and replace it, although it shouldn’t affect performance.
I really don’t want change the whole piece for no reason
