This kit should be good enough for my bmx, if I have to widen the forks in the rear I’ll just take the Jack for lifting my car & widen it as much as I need to.
The battery is around 9ins which should fit inside my frame fine, I was going to go for 48v 30ah but those batteries were expensive & the only other ones were scammer level cheap so I whent w/the 20ah which should Be perfectly fine since it’s a bmx, not a heavy mtn bike.
The T-plug connector kit is for converting the battery controller connector to match the t-plug connector on the battery so I’m not using a sketchy connection that’s a fire hazard.
Overall I’m happy w/the price, the whole point was a budget e-bike,I could have gone way cheaper w/a battery getting a used battery or used cells, making my own battery but it’s not much cheaper & like I said, used cells, this battery may or may not run a little short of 48v or 20ah, it is a cheap battery, but I fully understand that buying a cheap Chinese battery off eBay. Even if it’s a little short on it’s rated power, on a bmx that’s perfectly fine because I’m banking on power to weight ratio, plus I only weigh like 120 pounds so a slight underpower then rated shouldn’t be a problem.
