Ran into a parked car today and and snapped the connection between bars and forks. Bottom of Head tube got flared out but the part where the bearing seats is intact and straight. Is it salvageable?
If the steerer tube is snapped then you’ll need a new fork, at least.
I can’t tell from the photos if the flared head tube is fatal or not. If the lower bearing (which appears to be missing?) still fits securely then maybe (big maybe) the frame is still viable.
It is a very odd break though. I’d expect the wheel or fork to give before the steerer tube.
Otherwise, well, Poseidon is still having black friday sales….

Too hard to say. Alloy doesn’t really bend without becoming compromised so my sense is that the frame is probably toast.

That frame is dead, hopefully you can get a crash replacement.
