Sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the workshop in this series dedicated to dreamy ASMR-style bike build videos. Chilled Builds blends the arts of bike building and filmmaking to showcase beautifully unique custom bikes in a calming format.

This is my very own steel race bike that I’ve owned for will over a decade. I decided to give is a ‘hill climb’ makeover. Pretty impressed.

  1. Beautiful bike and editing, balm for the soul.

But doesn’t that internal routed rear derailleur cable on a steel frame course some inner corrosion with water and muck coming on the inside

  3. Those calipers really brake or they just slow down the bike? I dont think the Shimano levers have enought power to apply a correct modelation cuz normally that kind of calipers have strong springs.

  4. It would be cool if you and Francis would talk with the guy at Moss Bikes. It would be cool to see and hear from him about the three different types of bikes that he offers. The gravel bike looks super interesting.

  5. These 9 grams for the bar ends are the only thing I don’t understand… It looks ugly and even on a hill climb bike I probably ride longer downhills sometimes und prefer a comfy position in my drops…

  6. Merci pour ce pour moment de passion automobile !
Très bien écrit, très bien monté, un choix de musique parfait, une vidéo rythmée, voilà vraiment ce que j'aime voir…
Et ce chef d'œuvre automobile ❤

  7. Lol ! and what about pedals ???? that could be useful to ride it …and by the way, without wheels it would have been as useless but much lighter!

  8. Sweet ride. The chopped bars don’t make sense other than trying to cut weight and they are dropped back too far. Wouldn’t think they’d be comfortable like that
