Looking to buy an Allez sprint 2018. Just wondering if anyone knows if these “scruffs” like the seller showed are more than scruffs (i.e corrosion)?
Would these affect the structural integrity of the bike?

They all just look like marks that have been covered up with paint or nail polish. Just ask the seller if that’s what they’ve done. Corrosion on alloy bikes usually gets quite powdery
Corrosion would likely be a bit brighter, white and flakey to flour-texture. I agree with the scuffs,though I am confused as to the “why” of the cover up
Looks more like scratches and dents covered up with paint.
