Warning: Totally Mad in Tewkesbury Road in Cheltenham.
A hostile environment for using a Bicycle and Walking. Really Poor infrastructure and crazy driving. This road is a Stroad type which is an environment that is hostile to walking and using a Bicycle to reach out of town box like shopping stores. There is not any decent Segregation for Bicycles nor are there any safe crossings. The side road
Tewkesbury Road in Cheltenham crosses over the Network Rail line from Cheltenham Spa to Ashchurch for Tewkesbury. Additional Barriers are installed to help prevent crashing vehicles from going through the Overbridge onto the track.
As can be seen there are crazy driving which has the gray vehicle driver going down the Dual Carriageway the wrong way. The location is Hayricks Wharf.
This is in Cheltenham Spa in Gloucestershire, England, United Kingdom.
My video was made on Friday 17th of November in the year of our Lord 2023.

Warning: Totally boring video!
There are 2 pedestrian crossings within 150 meters of both sites that you were filimg at butt. The first was behind you (when you were outside Sue Ryder at Elm Streett) the other is within view of your 2nd filming location (outside F1 auto centre at Brook Road). Lemmin-peds have no need to attempt to cross where you were filming as there is ample accommodation for them at both sets of traffice lights (which have pedestrian controlled crossings at them). Cheltonians (native and naturalised) are too lazy to use what is put there for them and have been for decades.
Completely agree with you though butt, about the silver Kangoo type car turning out of Burkes in contravention of the turn left sign. Frighteningly, the cement lorries also do that.
I've lived here for 18 years and the driving standards (leave alone GCC's management of the road system for the majority of road users) are appalling – to the point that they are not fit for purpose.
FWIW, I'm a HGV driver, car driver, motor cyclist, pedestrian and very occasional cyclist and a ROSPA qualified driving assessor for anything from a cycle to a Class 1 Artic.
