Hi can anyone help identify where this crackling sound when I turn my handlebars is coming from? This sounds weren’t there before and I haven’t recently touched any screws for the handlebars nor stem. I had recently washed my bike if that’s anything.

it could be your cables but try to inspect your whole bike.
Pull the cable to check if it is the cable movement inside the down tube. And have you ridden in the rain recently? Sometimes maybe there is rust in the headset bearings.
