  1. Someone once told me water and aluminum foil works well for cleaning chrome. I couldn’t believe it until I tried it and cleaned a set of Alex double wall rims

  2. My dad used something on a really old pair of chrome forks that made them look a lot better afterwards. I believe it was steel wool if you want i can ask

    That looks like polished raw aluminum vs chrome. Most of these methods will thrash it.

  4. There’s a metal polish called Mother’s that works well. Put it on, let it sit a few minutes to eat the corrosion then buff it off. It’ll be a little tricky to get a rag in between the spokes, but it’s possible to get it back to like a mirror finish.
