As 2023 wraps up – my first year of regularly cycling – the weather has me thinking I won’t tackle too many more long rides. I took on 8 rides at 75+ miles (and many, many more under than mileage) and this was my overall best in terms of pace. Looking very forward to what I can accomplish in 2024! Thinking of taking on some more formal training plans to better perform on these longer rides which I absolutely adore. This one happened to be very flat. My largest elevation gain was 7,243ft.
What are you all planning for 2024? What do you feel good about from 2023??
