Should I replace the hose, I bent it a little bit when I was routing the hydraulic hose in the frame. There is not split, but you can feel a slight dent/dip in uniformity from the hose.

Bleed it real good and give the lever a hard tug. If it feels spongy after a good bleed, you may have to replace it. If it feels solid enough, give er. Just make a mental note that if there’s any issue with your brake , it’s probably the hose.
