Biking May 7, 2025Going thru my parent’s garage, found my brother’s first bike. Seems to be a Spanish brand (BH Bikes) from the mid 90’s. Steel frame, Shimano 2×7. Never redone an old bike, suggestions on where to start for a budget conscious build?
