Looking at a KHS Tempe for a commuter and something to pull a dog trailer. Seller is asking $240 yes I know bbb is a joke and is suggesting a value of a bit over 100. Location is AZ USA. I can’t find any sold so I am struggling to value it. What should be the walk away price?
