Seems like NBD is canceled. Unfortunately I can’t get the rear wheel on my new Grizl 1by. I can’t move the front derailleur far enough so that I can’t mount the wheel/sprocket. The position of the chain also seems strange. Please judge and roast me as long you’ll help me out

Shift the derailleur to where it would be on the smallest cog.
Insert wheel with cassette between each run of the chain with the chain on the smallest cog.
Rotate derailleur towards back of bike which will aloow wheel to drop into position.
Prosper.
Rear derailleur, and you’re aiming for the wrong spot. You should be aiming for the wheel mounts, not the middle of the pulley.

All bikes for the most part will work the same so just because the video is Mtb, it’s still the same concept.

As others said, it goes here, you need to move the dereaulier
Seems like it, yes.
If the clutch on the rd is engaged it makes the whole operation far more difficult… The rest is already stated here in the comments.
After 14 years of riding and doing myself most maintenance on my bikes I still ask myself the same question everytime I take the wheel off…lol
