Someone tipped my bike over and now the drivetrain is pretty messed up. Can only ride with the front gear on the lowest one, if I try going into second the chain keeps slipping between second and third, and if I try going on third it keeps slipping off the gear entirely. I’m guessing this is something I’d have to take to a shop?

Super hard from the photo to tell what is going on, but it looks like the chainrings took a hit. From your description, it sounds like the rings got bent. Since these are likely riveted on, you will need to find a replacement crank and then adjust the front derailleur to get everything going again.
