I am looking for a fast gravel tire (rear wheel) on tarmac which is also capable for wet gravel paths and slightly muddy paths with good puncture protection. Currently i’m thinking of Pirelli Cinturato H or Continental Terra Speed. Has anyone experience with them in winterly conditions?

Had the Schwalbe G-One Bites 40mm, which almost met the requirement but were really bad in puncture protection (Currently i’m running on tubes). Now i have the Pirelli Cinturato M 40mm on both tires, but they seem slow on tarmac. So i want to keep the Cinturato M on the front wheel and want to change only the back.
Because i use my bike for commuting it should be easy and fast on tarmac. For longer tours once a week i prefer to ride forest paths and therefore need a bit of a grip. I look for a tire as fast as the G-One Bite (or faster), with the same style of grip but with a higher puncture protection.

Go tubeless with your current tyres and save some money. Both of the tyres you mentioned aren’t going to be noticeably more puncture resistant than the G-ones.
That is a hell of a compromise between tarmac and mud! Cinturato H is fast on tarmac but pretty much becomes a useless slick once you hit mud and it fills it’s little profile that it has. Take a look at Cinturato RC which has more agressive profile than H, but nothing will perform like M in the mud!
