Hello! Looking to see if I can upgrade my sons 24″ bigfoot 4.3 fatbike to a 1x drivetrain. If anyone has done this or would know what components I would need to order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be ideal to order a complete groupset that would work.

Your kid will outgrow this bike before he gets enough use out of it to make that swap worth while. IMHO you’re better off saving that money for when he needs a bigger bike. There’s nothing wrong with 2x drivetrains, just ride it and have fun.
