We know we may have a belief system and values that are so outdated, but they continue to hold us back. Yet, the whole time we have the power of choice, but it does not always feel that way.
Working with Shamanic practices during my energy work, i am very aware that we often resist opening our wounds. This type of Energy work opens us on a soul level and more importantly it opens up our fragile hearts. However, we cannot be fully open if we refuse to see the blockages.
