Hi all, I text there before ask Canyon support because I got some unhappy experiences with the official Italy Canyon service…
I found some scratches on the frame and also some black grease came outside the headset… is that normal or I need to be worried about?
The bike is a Canyon Ultimate SLX with CP10

I wonder if you are missing a part (like a spacer) that raises the headset up a bit?
