Where do you find replacements for those little brake cable/hose clips on the front fork?
Second question, it is impossible for me to get these washers off of these brake bolts that are too short, and put them on longer bolts so I can put on an adapter for 180 mm rotors in the front.
The don’t twist off, I can’t pull them straight off. What gives?

Try a bike shop for the hose clip. You won’t get the washers off.
Those are captive washers, never to be removed.
