I am between a few bikes and could use some advice. The bikes:
– Used 2018 specialized Roubaix pro ($3000)

The 2018 Roubaix seems like the best deal, but I am a bit worried about buying a used carbon bike that’s years old. The owners claim both Roubaix are in great condition (~1000 miles), but I like the peace of mind of buying a new bike. I’d likely upgrade to carbon handlebars and wheels on the 2020 Roubaix and Endurace.
I really like the idea of having front end suspension, and currently use a redshift suspension stem. The future shock on the Roubaix is appealing, but I can always move the stem over from my existing bike.
Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!
