I had been waiting for the 2024 Orcas M30 to become available in February for $2,999. The M30 would have mechanical shifting.
By chance, I saw this 2022 Orca M31eTEAM up for sale on TPC. I typically think they overprice their bikes, especially used ones but then I saw this 2022 Orca. It’s brand new and never been ridden, still under manufacture warranty, with electronic shifting for $2,899 and in my size. I’ve really wanted to take the dive into electronic shifting and saw this as my chance so I jumped on it.
Still ogling over the bike and not worried about quality from TPC, I feel like they’ve never let me down. But now that the dopamine is wearing off I’m having some doubts about my impatience.
