Hey guys, can I have some help? Just received my wife’s new bike, and i can’t to get the right B gap on the rear derailleur, if I put the b screw on the 5 mm gap, messed up all the shifting, maybe the chain is too short? It’s an 10-33 casette and a 48-35 crank set.

They have a gap tool you can buy it’s a red little piece of plastic that shows you the correct distance
