I'm curious to know what a fair offer would be. Buyer says bike is two months old, selling because he bought another bikes that he likes more. He says there are some scratches on the chainstay from rubbing another bike while in a car (doesnt look like crash damage). He's asking $3800. What do you think is a fair counter offer/purchase price?
